Hello.
My name is Alim, I represent the International Sport Federation of Firefighters and Rescuers head-quarters in Moscow.
We’d like to get in contact with firefighters and rescuers organizations, fire equipment manufacturers and other related bodies on the subject of participance or being quests in upcoming sport events: the I Worldwide Competition in Fire-Applied Sports among students and the II Worldwide Championship in Fire and Rescue Sports among juniors in St. Petersburg on June, 25-30. And also in the VII Worldwide Championship in Fire and Rescue Sports which will take place in Cottbus, Germany, from August 31 to September 5, 2011.
Such competitions are useful for the development of firefighters and rescuers sport, for advancement of professional skills and sporting practices in firefighting and rescuing, for popularization of the profession, for strengthening of friendly relations and international cooperation between firefighters and rescuers, firefighting and rescuing agencies and services from different countries.
Also, by carrying out such kind of sporting events we can influence well on the training process in advance of the XXVII Summer Universiade in 2013 in Kazan-city, Tatarstan, Russia.
And it may cause reasons for including Fire and Rescue Sports, which are originally professional exercises of firefighters and rescuers, into the Olympic Games Program, too.
During every competition an exhibition of fire and rescuing applied equipment and other goods is to take place.
